upgrades never cancelled even after several communications

By:Pulane Maake ********** 472 Cell c was contacted just immediately after the handset was delivered for the phone to be collected back and upgraded be collected. The phone was collected and still to date the upgrades are still being debited. Ignoring all our request by phoning, e mailing and going to the cell c shops around. Below is the last request by email and we were promised that we will get s call within 24 -48 hours incident 170 ********** 03 and that never happened To cell c Morning

My sister P Maake ID number ********** 712089 of 1600 Winnie Mandela Zone10 Mandela road 1632 was called for the upgrade of her 2 numbers ********** 075 and ********** 454 account number ********** 059. She was promised 2 phones but only 1 came with 2 imei numbers ********** ********** 3 (1) ********** ********** 0 (2) Fantasy handset. She didn't like the phone when delivered by Ram couriers cell c ********** 4 as it was described (false advertised)to her over the phone and it was not what she was promised. On the 1st of September she called for the phone to be collected as she was not happy with the phone and cannot pay for what she doesn't want and for the upgrade to be cancelled.since then nothing has happened she was promised that the phone will be collected and the upgrade will be requested. A reference number was given to her for collection ccd179493. She's been calling going to cell c store but being send from one person to the other.

That collection ref number is for repairs not cancellation or collection of delivered phone. We want the upgrades be cancelled and phone to be collected as it was never used since it was one phone instead of two as promised by a consultant. And next week will be the end of one month since she called on the 1st for that collection and cancellation.

Please Assist as it is now causing some serious problems to her health with the stress level that this contract are dragging to be sorted.
