Unprofessionalism from employees

I was calling in to Cell C- Care notify them, that I have just paid-out their contract amount of R7296.13 and sent them a proof of payment via mail to ***. And my call to the service centre (084-135) option 9 was met with arrogance and rudeness by this agent by the name of George.
