Uncancelled Contract

I received a call from some laywers from Cellc for an account that was supposed to be converted from a contract to a prepaid.I submitted a notice of this months back.No one from Cellc is answering their phones.They never answer their emails but quick to escalate your account to the debt collecters.Cellc my 2 yrs is over with you.I dont owe you anything.
