SHOCKING SERVICE

<p>Iv been a customer of cellc's since 2005.</p> <p>i have never been so disappointed by Cell c in my life.</p> <p>i took a out my 3rd active contract in November 2016 at cell c in Eastgate.</p> <p>The consultant that assisted me was Bilal and I specifically told him I wanted the contract to be limited and capped so that i don’t go over my limit.</p> <p>From then till now i have contacted the call centre 5 times and i have been guaranteed that it won’t happen again.</p> <p>I even sent that last consultant a formal compliment for her feedback!</p> <p>Yesterday the debit order went off for almost double the monthly amount again.</p> <p>This has been going for months now , every single month I pay double the monthly amount because cell c somehow refuses to acknowledge my request to have the contract capped!</p> <p>I have many contracts and those never go over the monthly amount.</p> <p> </p> <p>I want the contract to be capped and I want my funds to be returned to me.</p> <p> </p>
