repairs dept incompetence

<p>I'm frustrated with the level of service of cell c. The consultant I dealth with was to process my debit order half of my quotation within two working days. This was the 22th of July 2016 today is 27 July the consultant I spoke to today said nothing was processed. She was rude *********** and utterly useless. I'm fed up I haven't had my phone since 12 June 2016 I'm however disputing the quote as my phone wasn't liquid damaged when I booked it in for repairs, the indicators were white and I get told it's liquid damaged so I process the quote so I can have my **** phone coz it's taking forever. I want my phone fixed or I want a **** new phone. I'm going dispute this as I had a agreement to fix my phone now you letting me down and I hate cell c cause of that. I need to feedback asap as I will terminate my contract due to this in fed up.</p>
