paid up letters

my name is erica schalkwyk i had two contracts with cell and was handed over to ssda. both accounts was added and one balance was given to me to pay and i pd ssda in full , i need paid up letters for acc ending 9201 and 1750 as both still on my ITC , i requested so many times and i am nt gna fone again and waste more of my time. please send my paid up letters in today or i will report you to ombudsman
