Monumentally disappointing service

<p>i have just upgraded my contract with cell c, and received a laptop with an OBF, the keyboard keys are swapped around. i have made contact with the and i have been sent from pillar to post, no one is willing to assist. they are referred me to the manufacture hp, and they said they did not supply the lapto. i have made contact with Cell c again and their incompitent agents are just transfering me from department to department. i was speaking to Fikile Dube who was not helpful and she transfered unnecessarily. i need them to get to this and sort it out</p>
