Inept cell c and Thobile

I called customer service to resolve the issue of cross lines during international calls and it was my second time doing so.I got through to a very inept consultant called Thobile .Despite my protestations that I was losing money on every call I made on international. She was too busy trying to tell me my brothers fone which I called earlier on was the problem.
