How many hello peters does CELL C want before assisting a client

<p>Costumer care dail up selections amounts are rediculious. I keep ending up in the incorrect department every time. 3 calls and 23 mins later im still trying to get through to the call centre and my call gets directed to "rate our service" every time now???? My 3rd Hellp peter. I am not a cell c fan. I have a cell c account against my better judgement. They have in my opinion that their after sales care is not up to standard. I only want to know whether i can change the cell c number. Simple. Should I rather send a hello peter complaint everytime???</p>
