How is ur common sense and reasoning i am so disappointed

I have a contract with cell c in January I lost my job and my debit order did not go through cell c kept me conecet. During last month I call as ask for a double debit they then said its not possible I should wait and see if the debit oder goes off twice. I explained to them I would like to resolve this because i need to make and receive Important calls. I was told the can't help. So I waited 1ste debit went of a few day later no second debit I relocated the funds to pay other accounts. Today they cut my line after pleading that I am now employed an use the line for business just said sorry I proceeded to go by a new simcard and airtime so I can continue operations and later call again for a manager again was just told to pay an they will reconnect me. Now not being employed for a month I do not have fund an requested to pay month end as I will then be get a salary again sorry can't assist. So please cell c explain to me how should I earn money to pay if this line is an important part ofmy job and even if I had money in my acc how could I pay with out a connection. I used to think highly of cell c now if I here that name it disgusts me
