Gatvol of Cell C imcompetent help.

I have been trying for two years to cancell two of my four contracts.I just spoken to the agent,she is unwilling to help and do not evenunderstand her own questions.She said she would ask 2,two, questions,yet proceeded to ask six questions which all was correct!Yetshe told me my email adress was wrong,but it is only email adress!Either they are de*****ing me or do not want to help.I will now cancel allmy dt orders,no money to cell c.Ek is Gatvol vir julle!
