Ear pods and watch

Did an upgrade with cell c was told by the sales consultant, I would be receiving a cell phone plus ear pods, and a watch after contacting cell c to complain that I only received half my order, I was told to contact samsung promotions, I have been pushed around from pillar to post by both cell c and samsung with no resolution in sight
