Cell C repairs 🚮🚮🚮🚮🚮

I’m frustrated by Cell C Repairs, mom took out 2 cell c deal contract phones in october,one of the phones stopped functioning,on the 18 we called and reported the phone,we were given a ref No and they said repairs will collect the phone,since then the phone has not been collected,when I made a follow up I was told that the booking was cancelled,why we dont know,I had to re book again and there is no communication,which means we are paying for something that we are not using
