Cell C is ****

<p>Once again Cell C is failing to keep their loyal customers happy... I feel like I am going around in circles.. it has been more than 5 hours waiting for a confirmation EMAIL regarding my compensation.. I had a phone call from Mpho agent from Cell C and he said they offset this charge for November for me which I don't believe because previously one of the agents told me the same thing.... I feel like I should take this matter to the telecommunications ombudsmen</p>
