Cell C bad service for ***

Hi Cell C I wish my contract could end with you. Sadly I'm still in 18 months with you. Your sale person that sold me my contract that I complained earlier to you ****. Please get my call from your quality purposes.and prove me wrong. Unless this call may be recorded to frighten the customer ? Your agent called but I was unavailable and never bother to call back. I spoke to a nice agent and she assisted although she could not address my problem. I asked for a breakdown of the data I used she said she can only send a statement. Your email must be broken or "having technical problems because I never got the one I requested today. Neither have I received one before.
