Dealing with Cell this past year was an absolute nightmare. Total disaster to deal with any service provider and this will be the last I ever purchase any contracts with this service provider.

After fulfilling 2 contracts that have reached their end of term to be continually charged again and again and at exorbitant rates with absolutely uneducated consultants a rather painful experience dealing with Cell c .

Makes you wonder if it's 10 people working at the head office who all share 1 brain 🧠.

If a person's cellphone come reaches the end of its contract why does cell c continue charging you 5 months later after the fact of numerous calls to ensure that yes the contract has Indeed ended and instead of trying to upsell a client a new contract they would prefer to ****** you of hard earned money by unortharised debits and cannot answer as to why a R99 deal now became a R650 deal .Totally pathetic. Rather employed educated and dedicated staff who earn their sales or close down this backward altogether. Who needs ******* or enemies when you have a service provider like Cell c that can rob you and think they can get away with it .
