Awful Exprerience with Cell C

I have a data only sim contract that was supposed to end in January, it is still continuing and I am unable to use the data. I have called to complain about this numerous times. They keep saying the case is opened and then closed. I called the 1st May, the 17th May, again on the 24th May, spoke with Nelisiwe who opened another case & promised me the Back Office will get back to me in 2 days. Then I called again the 6th June, spoke with Lesego & she told me case is still on-going. When I called again on the 23rd June spoke with Akane, I m told the case is closed again. I then requested to speak to the Team Leader/Manager. She tells me the Team Leader will call me on Friday. He never called me. Today I called again and spoke with Dipuo who muted me for 10minutes:30 seconds before I hang up.
