account not cleared on credit bereaux

<p>On credit bereaux i have an amount of R828 that has been there for a while and i paid it but still it's siting there and not updated as paid up. </p> <p> </p> <p>Can it be sorted out as soon as possible and my name be cleared as this account is reflecting bad on my name.</p>
