Zinhle Makhanya has put me off Cell C for life!
I called yesterday and spoke to a Zinhle Makhanya from Collections dept because I received an sms about arrears that i have never received communication about before till yesterday. I am disappointed that i was charged R71.00 for a returned d/o of September also very disappointed about this lady that was almost the rudest person I have ever spoken to. She was very unprofessional and did not even want to hear my side of the story and only because of solely my encounter with her I would like to terminate my contract services with Cell c and request to be moved to prepaid because honestly I do not want to be served by such a person ever again. She has left a bitter taste in my mouth and it was absolutely unnecessary
