Zero help to get a handset blacklisted- CellC does not stick to its own deadlines and timelines
I have been trying to blacklist a ****** phone since 17 September. I was told this will take a maximum of 48hours and I am now on day 3 of waiting to get the ITC number so I can open a police case and get my insurance to pay out. To date I havent received an ITC number regardless of me following up a couple of times.
I am phoneless and cant communicate - my phone is quite essential and important to the work I do. This delay is costing me so much. I have been with CellC for almost 9years now, and this service is just pathetic to say the least.

20 Sept 2022, 11:45No, I was informed that I do not need to complete a blacklisting form. I have been asking the agents all along and they have all said there is nothing outstanding on my side- I am not sure what this form is now?
