ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE
It has been more than 4 weeks that I have settled my account and send the proof of payment through to Cell C. However, I still get calls that my account was not settled. Cell C also confirmed that they have sent my paid up letter to all the credit bureaus. However, this still shows on ITC. Not the area manager nor the consultant in Mossel Bay was able to help me. This is the most pathetic customer service I have ever delt with. I have sent various mails with the proof of payment and nobody even responded. What more do I have to do to get my name off ITC?

Apologies for the unpleasant service experienced. Please note that we have submitted your request to have your ITC status updated. This was done on the 04/06/2022.
The credit bureau update process takes about 30 days. Please check with them on the 01/07/2022.
