ZERO CLIENT SERVICE
Stay far away from Cell C. Zero ability or desire to solve customers problems. If you don't have hours to spend on the phone, escalating your problems and you don't have buckets of cash to spend on airtime escalating these same problems, then this is not the mobile service provider for you. Three months without a phone, still paying monthly for the contract and ZERO resolution insight.
