Zero assistance from Cell c
I have been waiting for weeks for Cell C to respond to trans union. I have requested a paid up letter from them and they have provided me with that but they have not confirmed with the trans union that my account was paid up on the 27/09/2021, they are very unprofessional and their customer service is gone down to the ground. I have called several times and not one customer service agent knows what they are doing or they hang up. I'm getting zero assistance from cell c as I am requesting for my Cell c to contact Trans union to clear my credit profile but it seems like there is no one working at Cell c and they make me go in circles and trans union is waiting for Cell C to send confirmation that my account has been paid out, this is very emotionally draining and I am very disappointed and need assistance urgently as this is holding me up from receiving my first brand new vehicle.

If you are looking to get on a mobile network, I'd advise not to go with Cell C their customer service is pathetic.
