Z3 VS LG

I am still waiting for the feedback from Khaya Simelane or Finrite. Regarding the LG that replaced the Z3. I have advised that, I do not want the LG its still in its original condition. Will i ever receive feedback? I have reported this matter since Monday the 23rd November 2015.
