Z3 flip

I took a contract with Cell C in February 2022 with the Samsung Z3 flip. In April I had started having issues with the phone, a yellow line appeared at the fold of screen, after a few days a black patch appeared and top half of the screen wasn't working, I went into the store and was told to send the phone In for assessing. I received feedback saying it's physical damage and I am liable for the repairs of R11 000. After doing some research I found that this phone is problematic and others also had issues with this phone.
