Z3 FActory fault -Festival Mall. TERRIBALE SERVICE

I Purchased a Blackberry Z3 from Cell C festival Mall, 12Hours later I had to return it as the rear speaker was scratching and you could hardly hear whether the music was playing. the 2 People Sibusiso and Physician was very unhelpful as they were just standing around Gossiping. I had no idea what was happening with regards to getting a new phone. they day I app**** for a new Phone the Customer service was **** !!!! god knows how people like that even get a job when they don't even no how to work with people. Roelien is the store manager who is unavailable on a sunday which is understandable. I will log another complain with Cell C head office on Monday morning.<br> before I visited the store on sunday the 11th of October 2015, I contacted them asking what the procedure would be. I need a Cellphone for e to be able to do my job. they told me they will contact me if they have a loan phone available. however they said they doubt that they do. as soon as I got to the store they all of a sudden had a Loan phone available. which was a downgraded version.i asked them if I would be getting a NEW PHONE or a NEWLY REPAIRED PHONE and they could not tell me.<br> THE SERVICE AT CELL C FESTIVAL IS***
