Z3 blackberry

i sent the blackberry in for repairs, 2 weeks passed and I got no feedback from Cell C about the phone, I called Monday to find out about the phone and only then they tell me the phone has been credited....if I never called how was I supposed to know all this. fine, I then had to call sales so I can get another phone upgrade , they told me about nokia 535 and Samsung J1, I then chose the nokia 535 seeing the features are similar to the blackberry, they delivered the phone this morning and to my surprise its a Nokia 532, what a disappointment from cell c. what happened to the 535 nokia? I'm really disappointed, from blackberry z3 to nokia 532, major change . not happy
