Your services needs improvement
I received below sms "Dear Cell C Customer. We have been unable to collect your Cell C contract instalment from your account due to reason account not found. Please contact 084135 to avoid your services being disrupted."
I called your customer care and spoke spoke to a guy who sounded half awake ,spent 8 minutes On the call for him to to tell me most customers received the sms i must ignore it!!! Been with cell C for over 7 years n not I've posted a compliment, ur service really needs improvement I'm even thinking twice to upgrades my account. I think I've had enough!!!
