Your service sucks

Cell c,call centre service is **** ... I have a new contract with cell c,since they started debits the amount is not as per our agreement, this is the 3rd month now when i call them i get different stories as to why the amount is high

Im told that i have an extra benefit which i did not apply for end of October i asked them to cancel all those extra charges to my suprise this month the debit order is higher than the last 2months,the calls r recorded but there do not get back to dem to understand who was wrong,every month every consultant and their team leader have a different story 💔 if i knew i would have not taken this **** service provider who hides info from their customers. If i cud i wud cancel this contract
