Your service SUCKS

Your service is the worst I have experienced in my life. I am so utterly disgusted in your poor service. I have a query with my account and I have struggled since the end of March to get hold of someone with a brain to help me. All of your staff I have dealt with are friggen brainless dumb people, they cannot understand basic maths and I do not want to be with you any longer. I have proof that my data have not gone over by the amount you said and all I want is proof from your side to settle this. I have sent you numerous messages on your website and every time someone with fewer brain cells than a brick calls me. How am I suppose to be a happy customer, and why would you not listen to the customer? It is after all the customer that pays your salaries. I want this problem sorted before the 25th when you deduct money from my account otherwise I will have to cancel my contract with you as I am not willing to do business with a supplier that do not want to give attention to their client's issues.
