The 2 star rating is for your admin and anything less than 5 stars on admin is pathetic. Seriously. there is a particular sequence in writing an address. Saying "42 unit 22", the complex name and then the street name is not correct and that kind of detail missed in a physical address renders a document useless. And then, to try to get it sorted takes forever even though documents with the correct details were submitted in the first place and you have it on file.
