Your identity is not safe with Cell C - refrain from taking contracts with Cell C!!!!!!!!

In April 2022 ,Someone managed to **********ly take a new phone using the current account I have with Cell C, my debit order went from R99 to R1 500

I noticed this on the 1st of June when a debit order went off my account and I immediately called Cell C I submitted all the documents requested by cell c ***** queries department on the same day I follow up after two weeks and they told me they are still waiting for my documents which i submitted on the same day I called them.

They keep on debiting my account even when i have a reference number for a ***** case

what bothers me and makes me feel that my identity is not protected with Cell c is that , on the very same months (April) a lady from Cell c Rosebank called me and asked if i was at the store taking a new contract , and i told that lady, No it is not me, please stop the whole transaction which she said to me she did.

To my surprise , My Cell C debit order changed and i only noticed that when it went of my account on the 1st of June

How did those ********** managed to carry on and open a new contract after i told that lady that i am not taking a new contract with Cell C?

shouldn't Cell c flag my ID number to all the stores and notify other stores ?

Cell C is not getting back to me even after following up with them , all they know is keep on debiting my account!!

I need this sorted ASAP
