Despite receiving an email, I attempted to reach them via phone and email multiple times without any luck; they seem constantly occupied and have not responded to my inquiries. Uncer*****y looms over whether the contract has been terminated or not. Additionally, I kindly request the removal of the credit inquiry you conducted on ITC as it's adversely impacting my score. I will now seek assistance from another company.
