Your fault and I must pay
I changed my banking details before the 30th of May 2015. However I was informed by the call centre agent that it was too late to put a debit order through on the new account and requested that I do a cash deposit at Nedbank and gave me the details to do so. I made a payment of R250. That was more than what I owed.
Now because your agent didn't do her work, I'm now being charged a R70 penalty this month for payment returned because my banking details was not changed. Ooh uhuh, that one is not my fault.
I received my June account stating that I'm in debit of R25. NO ONE informed me of any problems on my account. Yesterday I received a snotty sms from Cellc regarding the R70 penalty
You emailed my account to me 13June. Do you honestly want to tell me by then Cellc didnt notice a problem on my account?
Can you please reverse that R70 penalty and I will do the deposit of the outstanding amount.
BTW, 30min on the line with your call centre. I would suggest better training
