OTP number:257812. Your Cell C contract is almost approved. Please call 084 151, option 1, if you did not apply. Cell C This looks like a **** and/or marketing ploy, as I have not app**** for a new contract. Please forward proof that I app**** including my ID and proof of residence. What a joke.
