Your Cell C contract has been almost been approved - ********** application

I just received an sms saying the following: OTP number:379885. You Cell C contract is almost approved. Please call 084 151, option 1, if you did not apply. Cell C

I have not app**** for a new Cell C contract and I do not want it under any circumstances. I called the number as per the sms and I was transferred to 3 different departments. I was eventually told there is nothin on the system now but I should call back tomorrow to make sure.

Why must I call back? I followed the instructions on the sms. I notified Cell C that this is a ********** application and that you must not process it.

Cell needs to block this application. Poor service!!!
