Your call is important to us?? Bull sh*t

<p>Dear Cell C... what the hell do you have a customer service dept for if I spend 40 minutes on the phone, spoke to 5 different agents and they still put me through to the cancellations dept (which has been dropping my calls since 17h30??) Please go and have a listen to your "recorded calls"... all 5 of them!! I am not a single step closer to cancelling the 4th contract which I am paying for, although nobody can tell me how on earth a 4th contract was activated if I required a sim swop after a phone was ****** more than 2 years ago??? Did your customer service leave the country when Trevor Noah left for greener pastures? Do I have to cancel my Cell-C debit order at the bank and go into your store every month and pay ONLY for the cellular contracts I ASKED FOR?? Why is it sooo easy to take my money (close to R2000 last month) but sooo hard to deliver on the customer service Cell-C CLAIMS to have? I do NOT normally rant on social media, but just MAYBE now, someone will have to get back to me??? Perhaps Hello Peter can help... at this stage I'm prepared to try anything...</p>
