<p>A sales representative contact me about a year ago to enquire about an update and sold me a new blackberry leap with 100 minutes, and that my contract will be even less than my previous blackberry contract. So imagine my surprise when a month later I tried to go onto what's app and the Internet and was denied due to insufficient data, although the sales rep told mey contract will stay the same and as a blackberry user you get 1 gig fair usage data. When I phoned the call centre I was told this only apply to my previous contract which is strange as they send me a sms every month stating, you have been loaded with 1 gig fair usage data. I then had to purchase additional data every month from them in order for me to use what's app and Internet, now I have received a notification that my handset will now longer function with what's app. In the first email to them 07/09/16 I asked how will or can they assist me as I am a loyal customer for the past 20 years but all I received from them was total indifference and arrogance ,they are definitely not willing or capable to help. Up until now they couldn't even send me a value to get out of this useless contract, they are willing to thousands of rands to change to their network but don't care for their existing customers at all</p>
