YOU RIPPING ME OFF

Someone from sales department at cell c to offer a 10Gig data Sim together with a ZTE pocket router as a thank you from cell c for being a loyal customer for years for the amount of R149. The first month they debited almost R300 n I didn't have a problem with that because I thought it included a prorated amount of when I got the sim. Now my problem is that cell c is debiting almost R300 every month instead of the R149 they offered to me. I am so disappointed with cell c, I have been with them for years and I never had a problem with them until now. I want the contract to be canceled with immediate effect because they are *****ing from my acc by debiting almost triple the amount they suppose to debit. I have have been calling regarding this and the call center people would take me from to pillar to post without any help. I want a manager from sales department to listen to the call of the day the data contract was offered to me and come back to me ASAP. SOOOOOOO DISAPPOINTED BY CELL C
