<p>This is a back and forth senario with cellc and finrite insurance which is part of cellc. They cannot communicate effectively which one another. Finrite says they waiting for cellc repairs to upload the claim amount and cellc says finrite can view the claim amount. this is going on for 3 weeks now and thinking that taking my phone to cellc head office would speed the process up it doesnt.</p> <p> </p> <p>I hope Vodacom introduces the buy out option as im so eager to get out of my contract.</p>
