You can't use what you pay for!

I am sick & tired of Cell C.<br> I always have problems when settling contracts.<br> In Jan 2015, I settled both my contracts however they have told me that whatever minutes, sms & data I have will be forfeited.<br> I do not understand why this has to be the case as I have already paid for those services so why cant I use what I pay for? <br> This is not the 1st time I settled a contract & I have an issue every time!<br> Their sorry excuse was \it is a contract number"- why not then transfer it to prepaid just like they can transfer the actual number to prepaid<br> The reason I settled was to save money on my budget to complete my bcompt degree. Now I am being financially punished by cell c for wanting an eductaion!<br> I am not interested in their stupid excuses anymore - Give me what I paid for!!!!<br> Stop taking customers for granted & continuing this **** service<br> I hope more customers join me in my quest to show Cell C true colours i.e. As long as Cell C gets your money"
