you broke your promise
In October 2015 i complained that cell c had taken away my accumulated inclusive minutes. Mpho from cell c rectified the matter and promised this would not happen again. At the end of February 2016 I still had well over 400 inclusive minutes left. On 1 March 2016 when I checked my balance all my inclusive minutes had been taken away. This is not good enough. Please restore my inclusive minutes.
