You are truly a man off your word!!!

I would really like to compliment Patrick Mphuti in the manner in which he handled my query. I must say, I was not a happy client at the time of my complaint but Patrick managed to change that. This \Thank you\" is actually way overdue Patrick. He assisted me with my complaint at the beginning of February, I was highly frustrated with the non stop issues I was having with my phone but Patrick stepped in and took control of the situation and most of all understood my frustration. He was so kind that he offered me a Surprise that I never thought would really happen....but came month end of February and I was truly amazed and appreciative. (Won't mention what is was, as I am sure you will all want it..lol)... thank you thank you thank you Patrick !!!!! Cellc you have a spectacular employee amongst you, he does your name proud.
