so again cellc has the audacity to double debit my account on the 31 August 2021 I made a payments to cellc which they are claiming the havent received on the 01 November ive made another payment they again claim they haven't received these people are ******* they are *****ing peoples money they have double debited my account ive been calling the entire month cause evrytime I called i ended up getting through he debt collecting team ive sent several proof of payments to this people given a dozen case numbers i spoke to kathlego who said his manager will call me i received no call i spoke to samo who told me his manger said to log a case she cant speak to me nobody has interest in resolving my issue all they do is say you owe money that you don't owe i will have this escalated cause my bank has confirmed the payments where taken and I was double debited this is theft
