You are messing with my life! Update my credit profile.

In 2019 I had a ********** account opened with my details at Cell C. When I picked up the account I immediately informed Cell C. They acknowledged my complaint and noted that the account was indeed ********** and furnished them with relevant documents. To date, they've still not removed this account on my credit profile and its reflecting as in arears. This is now affecting my life as I cannot apply for anything which is really frustrating me and causing so much misery. All i need is for this account to closed and my credit profile update correctly. THIS IS NOT THAT DIFFICULT.
