You are failing dismally!!

I lodged a dispute with Cell C on 2 December 2022. I was advised on 26 December (after I logged a complaint on this platform) that they are investigating. No further word received. I have again had to follow up with them on 2 separate occasions for an outcome of the matter to no avail.
