We are back again with the same issue as you are showing how useless this company is as the same issue is still protruding again. Which is an issue that should have been resolved last month but because you are a bunch dense company. If this account is being investigated for ***** why are you still doing debit order or it.Today, you went to debit my account again and I must reverse the debit order again. You are truly a bunch of buffoons and what is difficult to stop the debit order from going through my account. You are truly inconveniencing my as you are affecting my credit rating as now, I must wait for months before I apply for anything as I have unpaid debit orders from you *****alertly debiting my account. STOP TRANSACTING ON MY ACCOUNT.I stated when I started this complaint that I will never take up a contract with you guy and you are a useless company and proving me right every month. I can’t be going to reverse the debit order every month as this is tiring, irritating, nonsensical and very stressful to deal with such idiots You guys have been sending me debit order mandate to approve since from December 2022 - Jan 2023 in which case I have rejected them. As I have never taken any contract with you and not planning to take any even in future. Instead of accepting your nonsense you still debited my account of contract that I don't have with you. Kindly refund me back my bank charges that I incurred by thus nonsensical or cynical ways of forcing us to take contract with you. I have reversed the debit order and refrain from transacting on my account. As am not interested in doing business with you. You are ****en useless company I tell I don’t know why it’s hard to stop a debit order from your end and now I must stop and reverse it every month and it is getting irritating even now. STOP the ****en debit order as I don’t have any contact with ****** stupid’s.
