You are an established company,dont need this ****

I earn commission therefore when we do things we budget, I went to our store did all the paper work and paid a years fee in advance as I explained to the staff member that I only wanted a contract for 1 year ,Ii specified this .<br> after the year the family went over to another pay channel that was cheaper.a few months later about 4 we checked the decoder when we revamped the house and saw it was still on . I sent my daughter and she was told by staff that only I can change it and I was away on contract work.<br> My reasoning is why did the company leave it so long without disconnection of signal as before not even a week and you were off,or is this a way of getting extra money ? Find the staff responsible for disconnections and discipline them as thy did not do their work. <br> Can you please help sort this out as a matter off urgency<br> thank you
