You are all useless

I have had enough.<br> <br> all of you are a bunch off useless idiots. i have two numbers with you guys (old vitality mobile). the 1st one was supposed to be cancelled and available for porting on 20th December. it was done in writing (and confirmed) with the required 30 days. you okes stuffed it up. as i sit here today that contract is still going on. still not available for porting. many many hours on phone calls wasted.<br> <br> Second number was supposed to cancel yesterday and be available for porting yesterday. Surprise. it didn't happen. again this was done with the required notice ( even have the cancellation sms) so i phone. finally get through to someone. they tell me the cancellation was cancelled. <br> <br> then i'm put on hold. 15 minutes later cut off. end result. two contract not cancelled and not available for porting.<br> <br> i am now paying 4 contracts. you okes are officially idiots and the WORST by far cell network in South Africa.
