Yet Another Mistreatment from Cell C

I have been a Cell C customer for 5 years, with no issues, but 2021 has been a year that i have been mistreated and disregarded as a customer, in April this year, i have already logged a complain against Cell C and now am back again with yet another complain. I have been receiving emails and SMS's that my account is in areas with an amount of R817.29, for apparently 3 months of none payment, and i have proof that i have been making payments for all the indicated months, to make the matters worse, they once disconnected my services while i was in a teams meeting with executive at work and that resulted in being given a written warning

Am disgusted with their services and mistreatment and i wish someone can have a look at this as i have proof that i have made payments
